Baked Chicken Dinner
4 cups fresh green beans (2 cans if using canned)
3 chicken breasts, diced
1 lb. potatoes, chopped (red potatoes will add some color)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
3 Tbsp Italian seasoning (or to taste)
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Lay green beans, chicken, and potatoes in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Drizzle oil over the food in the entire pan.
Scatter the garlic and Italian seasoning evenly over the food.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 1 hour.
