I start Skinny Fiber end of May– and this is my progress till now. I have been a slow loser– compared to a lot of other people. I have lost more inches then weight. I just started incorporating exercise in with my Skinny Fiber the last week and a half. I am not counting calories- I have cut out soda- I am just drinking water, and using the mio liquid flavoring.
