Yummy Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
5 cups cooked, chicken
1 cup sour cream, (low fat is fine)
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken ( low fat is fine)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chopped, cooked chicken in bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix sour cream, cream of chicken, garlic salt and black pepper and pour over chicken.
Crush Ritz crackers, add melted butter and poppy seeds. Spread evenly over sour cream and chicken mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until heated and topping is golden.
