Sandi’s Italian Sausage and Cabbage

Small head of cabbage
1 lb of italian sausage
1 onion sliced thin
3 cloves garlic minced
1 bell pepper chopped
1/2 tsp Creole seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 can of rotel
Paprika to taste
1 stick of butter

Melt butter add onions and fresh garlic and bell pepper, sliced cabbage cook approx,5 min add Italian sausage cook till sausage is done add rotel tomatoes and spices cook until cabbage is soft approx 25 minutes you can add sour cream and shredded cheese.
