2-3 lb pork roast
1 can of diet pepsi
2 bottles of garlic bbq sauce
whole wheat buns
Shredded Tex mex cheese
1 tbsp of real butter
Put the pork roast and diet Pepsi in the slow cooker, turn on high for 6 hours… take the roast out and shred, put the 2 bottles of sauce in the slow-cooker with “juice” (D.pepsi & liquid from roast) mix is together, then put shredded roast back in slow cooker, mix together well… keep on high for another our, take out and drain excess sauce into a gravy bowl.
once you shred the pork and put it back in the pot, melt the butter in a fry pan and chop the onion into strips and fry until tender…
once you take the pork outa the slow-cooker and drain, serve on the whole wheat bun with onions, mayonnaise and about a spoonful of the shredded cheese and enjoy!
