RHUBARB APPLE CRISP♥

4 c chopped rhubarb
4 c chopped apple

ADD 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 c milk and about 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Crumble Topping:

1 cup large flake oats
1/8 c rice flour
1/4 c butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c brown sugar
1/8 c sunflower seeds

Mix all together and spread over fruit mixture.

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
