Mini Nutella Croissants♥

1 sheet good quality Puff Pastry
1 Tbs Water
Roll the Puff Pastry on a floured board until thin, and about 16 inches square.
Cut in half across both sides so you get 4 squares. Then cut each square into 2 triangle pieces.
Add a tspn of Nutella to each slice on the thick end. Roll the strips up, starting from the Nutella edge. Fold the peak under the croissant. Pinch the ends together and bend into a croissant shape.
Mix egg and water together and beat. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of croissants.
Bake in a 170*C oven for 20 mins. If fan forced bake at 150*C.
These taste so good. Have only been out of the oven 20 mins and they are all gone.
