“This is me Pamela,
All my life I struggled with my weight and also was born with a 26% narrowing of my left main heart artery. I couldn’t stand looking at myself in the mirror at my highest weight of 232 lbs and it sure was of no help to my heart either. I took measures into my own hands since the doctor’s chose to leave me this way and not do a bypass surgery to my left main artery in 2008. Sick of looking at myself and sick of health issues so first I gave up my root beer and lost about 30-32 lbs and hit a plateau. Next I switched from my flavored lifewater to So Be 0 Calorie flavored water and lost 10 more lbs and couldn’t lose anymore. I joined the gym where I worked out 2-3 hrs a day 6 days a wk and also added a personal trainer workouts 2 times a week for 8 weeks. In that time frame I only lost 15 lbs with all that work and decided I needed to change my entire eating habits for this to work. I became a fanatic for the next year and did not see my friends during that year. I ate 99% healthy and worked out 6-7 days a week mostly swimming or walking. I kept a complete food journal of every calorie,fat gram,cholesterol,sugar,salt,protein,saturated fat,calories and fiber and weighed EVERYTHING I ate on my food scale. During that year I would step on the scale and it barely moved and it was so frustrating and would stress me out so much. I lived like this for a year to only lose 40 lbs and was miserable and stressed out. I had to take a break then and I maintained my weight with diet until my dad died last Feb. 11,2013. I was so sad and after the funeral just went to emotional eating again. Round about end of Oct or Nov 2013 one of my relatives posted a recipe and there was a name there so I went to their site to see what other recipes they had and that is how I found out about Skinny Fiber. I watched their site for 6 weeks before I decided to order because what did I have to lose. I could not stop myself from emotional eating and had re-gained 20.3 – 20.5 lbs of the weight I had worked so hard to lose. My dad would not want me to be doing this to myself but I was so sad I couldn’t stop myself. My first photo is Dec 24th 2013 my beginning of my journey with Skinny Fiber and the second photo is April 2014 and the 3rd photo was taken June 29,2014. I am 26 lbs lighter but if you count the weight I gained due to cookouts and stuff I had another 11 lbs that I gained and had to re-lose for that 26 lbs lost so in total I know I lost a total of 37 lbs in that 6 months. I am kind of bummed to know that I could have been at my goal almost by this 6 months but then again it was so nice to be able to eat all the food I wanted to eat at those times having fun with family and yet be able to re-lose it and still wind up 26 lbs lighter. I could never have done that without my Skinny Fiber!!! I have cried a few times by myself so grateful for my Skinny Fiber and to be able to have fun and eat and yet still lose weight like this. Weight lose is such a hard thing and it has been so wonderful to have Skinny Fiber and be able to enjoy these things yet still lose weight. As for exercise in the end of Feb 2014 I began walking 2 miles a day. I am now up to 3.4 miles a day. My latest best time is 15:17 per mile for the first 2 miles and 15:24 for the 3rd mile. I added some flatten your tummy in 2 weeks from my Woman’s World Magazine 3 weeks ago also. Oh they hurt really bad but I keep doing them every day anyway because they are working. I will not exercise more than 1 1/2 hrs a day though period as I am not a person to spend hours and hours working out so never again for that. I have 16-19 more lbs to get where I want to be and my birthday is in Sept 2014 so stay tuned and lets see what me and Skinny Fiber can do by then By the way I am 48 years old currently with a seemingly aweful metabolism and if I can do this with Skinny Fiber so…
