Satay Pork Skewers♥

1 x Specially Selected pork fillet – approx 0.6kg
100g Grandessa smooth peanut butter
30ml Asia dark soy sauce
30ml Asia sweet chilli sauce
150ml Asia coconut milk
½ red pepper
½ yellow pepper
6 x spring onions
200g Bilash Basmati Rice
4 x wooden skewers
Preheat the grill to high.
Cut the pork fillet into medium size chunks; divide these between the four skewers, (approx 5 per skewer).
Wash the spring onions and chop into small rings, chop the peppers into small dice.
Cook the rice as instructions on the pack, when cooked, add the chopped peppers and spring onions and keep warm.
Put the peanut butter, soy and sweet chilli sauces and the coconut milk in a small saucepan, heat through on a low light till melted.
