Quorn Spaghetti Bolognese♥

1 x 300g pack Quorn Mince
1 x onion
1 x yellow pepper
1 x 300g jar Cucina Bolognese pasta sauce
400g Cucina spaghetti
Splash Solesta olive or sunflower oil
Stonemill black pepper
Peel the onion and chop.
Chop the yellow pepper, discard the seeds.
In a large saucepan heat a little oil, add the onions and peppers and cook gently for about 5 minutes.
Add the pasta sauce, then add the frozen Quorn mince, stir well and cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the spaghetti in a pan of boiling salted water for 7 minutes – until just tender, then drain.
Serve the Bolognese on top of the spaghetti, season with ground black pepper and serve.
