Cheddar Cheese Fondue♥

350g British Mature Cheddar cheese
60g Plain Flour
150ml beer or Vegetable Stock Cube
1 x heaped teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 x flat teaspoon Stonemills Garlic Granules
Salt and Black Pepper
Bread sticks, batons of fresh celery, peppers, carrots and peppers to serve
Melt the butter in a large saucepan, add the onion and cook gently for a few minutes, until the onion is soft but not brown.
Add the flour and stir, cook gently for 3 minutes then slowly add the milk and stock or beer, cook until smooth and thickened.
Season with the mustard, garlic granules, salt and pepper, add the grated cheese and cook until melted, transfer to a fondue bowl or a warmed bowl.
Serve the breadsticks and vegetables alongside to dip.
