Smoked Salmon Pasta Picnic Salad♥

1 x 500g bag Torciglioni Pasta
2-4 tbsp Olive Oil
½ jar Black Olives, drained well and sliced
1 x pack Smoked Salmon, roughly sliced
Roughly 200g cooked Asparagus, sliced
3 Spring Onions, sliced
Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Heat a large pan of salted water.
Add the pasta and cook, then drain well and lightly oil.
Place in a deep bowl and add the olives, salmon, asparagus and spring onions, then mix well with a little salt and pepper.
Leave to cool and then chill well.
Oiling the pasta once cooked will stop it sticking together.
This salad will work well with any cooked meat or fish.
Roasted jarred peppers also work really well as an addition here.
Nice lunchbox salad to take to work.
The good thing about smoked salmon is a little goes a long way.
