♥ Steak and Shrimp Fajitas (healthy and delicious)

1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 lg onion
1 small petite sirloin steak – sliced thin
several garlic cloves – minced
Preparing the veggies.
Slice all veggies to desired thickness. Add about a small amount of olive oil to a saute’ pan and heat. Once the oil is hot, drop in the veggies, add desired amount of minced garlic then season to taste. (I like a lot of garlic, probably used 12-14 cloves in the entire recipe.) Once the veggies are soft, set them aside in a bowl. Be careful to not over cook them.
I repeat the above steps with the sirloin steak to desired doneness and then again with the shrimp. I prefer to cook them separate so that I can bring out the flavor of each one.
Once everything has been sauteed, mix everything back into the skillet for just a moment or two on high to sear and reheat everything. Serve on low carb soft shells topped with a dash of shredded cheese with sour cream and salsa on the side.
