Can you believe that eating this yummy burger can help with weight loss???
As long as you don’t pair it with bread or fries, you can lose weight while enjoying cheese, mayo and all the other good toppings, as long as they are low on sugar.
Grill patties as desired. wrap it in a leaf of lettuce and fill with all the yummy toppings!!!
I did mayo, mustard, ketchup, relish, and tomato.
Mmmmmm….. No more feeling bloated after a BBQ !!
