1/2 pkg. Broccoli Florets (frozen)
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place broccoli into a medium baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
3. Mix together butter, cheese and bread crumbs and spread over broccoli.
4. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown and cooked through.

I’ve made this twice now and it is delicious!! I made it the first time with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and it was to die for!!! Tonight I tried it with panko lemon pepper breadcrumbs and it was good but a bit too much. If you make it as a side for Fish I’m sure it would be fine but I would think its best to use 1/2 c of Italian and a 1/2 c of panko lemon pepper breadcrumbs so it doesn’t over power the Parmesan.
