Garlic & Ginger Shrimp Stir-fry with Wheat Pasta

Ingredients
2 lbs. Fresh Shrimp
6 Sweet baby peppers
1 Sweet White onion
2 Fresh green onion stalks
1 cup sliced ginger (fresh)
1 cup sliced garlic (fresh)
1Tbsp. ground ginger
1 cup bean sprouts
2 cups Wheat pasta noodles (long)
½ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp. Sea salt
1 tsp. White pepper
Directions
Prep
Shell and clean shrimp
Slice enough garlic to equal one cup (approx. 10-12-cloves once peeled)
Peel one medium size fresh ginger and slice enough to equal one cup
Peel and slice white onion into 1 inch slices
Chop up green onions
In Wok or large Skillet add oil
Season shrimp with ground ginger, sea salt, and white pepper
Once heated add shrimp stir occasionally until they begin to turn pink, and then add ginger, garlic, and onions cover to let cook, but stir occasionally (you want everything to be crisp not over cooked) Approx. 10-15 minutes on high heat if using a Wok, medium heat in using a large skillet. Add bean sprout during the last 5 minutes, stir, and cover
In medium pot boil water for pasta, add approx. ½ tsp. olive oil (to prevent sticking)
Once water starts to boil add pasta let it cook for 5 minutes and then turn off heat let pasta sit in water for another 5 minutes and then pour into strainer to remove all of water
Once everything is done plate, and then, serve. Enjoy!!
