♥ Tomato and Avocado Pizza with Fresh Rocket

A healthier alternative to the high fat cheesy pizza. Quite delicious!
Time Less than 1 hour
Recipe Type: Light meals
1 medium pizza base
125 ml tomato and basil pasta sauce
175 grams mixed cocktail tomatoes, halved
1 pinch salt and milled pepper, or to taste
1 organic avocado, sliced
1 cup wild rocket, scatter on pizza
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2: Place pizza base onto a baking tray and spread with ½ cup (125ml) PnP Finest tomato and basil pasta sauce. Scatter over ½ packet (175g) halved mixed cocktail tomatoes and season with salt and milled black pepper.
Step 3: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and tomatoes have begun to caramelise.
Step 4: Arrange 1 sliced Organic avocado on pizza, scatter with PnP wild rocket and serve.
