This smoothie is fat free, high in fibre and loaded with vitamins and minerals.
Recipe Type: Drinks
2 pears, skin on and chopped
2 Granny Smith apples, skin on and chooped
3 kiwis, peeled and chopped
100 grams baby spinach, roughly chopped
12 mint leaves
125 ml fat-free plain yoghurt
5 blocks ice cubes
Blitz everything in a blender and serve immediately.
